Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and landscaping for public infrastructure projects
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, tampers, and power washers under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at job sites, including debris removal and hazard identification
- Assist in routine maintenance of public facilities, parks, and transportation corridors
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for equipment handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
