Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction, maintenance, and repair of city streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
- Ensure proper disposal of construction debris and materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold valid legal work authorization.
