Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on public roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and dump trucks safely

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and city safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class B CDL license preferred
- 2+ years of construction/public works experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in variable weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
