Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and facility maintenance
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist in stormwater management and road repair projects
- Maintain clean and organized work sites following OSHA standards
- Participate in snow removal and emergency response operations
- Inspect public infrastructure and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
