Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, landscaping, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under proper supervision
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in emergency response during weather events or infrastructure failures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied weather conditions

- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong attention to safety detail and procedural compliance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
