Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of sidewalks, streets, and public grounds
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, snow removal equipment)
- Assist in infrastructure repairs (signs, barricades, drainage systems)
- Collect and dispose of waste/debris from public spaces
- Support emergency response during weather events
- Complete daily work logs and safety documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors on project prioritization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
