Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) for infrastructure repairs
- Perform manual labor including digging, paving, and debris removal
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system upkeep, and park renovations
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
- Document daily progress and equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pennsylvania Class C Commercial Driver's License preferred
