Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in construction, maintenance, and repair of public facilities
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment (shovels, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist in traffic control and site setup for public works projects
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to job sites
- Collaborate with crews to meet daily project goals
- Document work progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical knowledge of hand/power tools
- Commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends)
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to various Henderson locations
