Qualifications

- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
