Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 50+ qubit coherence
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementation
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum software solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Patent novel quantum methodologies and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance architectures
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 30 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications in logistics, finance, or drug discovery
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering or equivalent
