Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and qubit optimization strategies
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to prototype quantum hardware solutions
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Research and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing methodologies
- Document architectural blueprints and publish breakthrough research findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical specifications
