Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum system integration with classical infrastructure
- Research and mitigate quantum vulnerability in existing cybersecurity protocols
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum principles and practical applications
- Drive innovation through collaboration with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed contributions
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
