- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography implementation
- Create quantum machine learning pipelines for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Mentor engineers in quantum software development and quantum circuit optimization
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and quantum supremacy principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware integration
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and variational quantum algorithms
