Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for million-qubit processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for drug discovery and materials science
- Establish industry standards for quantum safety and ethical deployment
- Present breakthrough research at global conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in quantum research funding
