Responsibilities
- Architect quantum error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in Q# and Qiskit
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research initiatives
- Present quantum breakthroughs at IEEE and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement principles
- Experience with cryogenic engineering systems
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents
- Fluency in Python/C++ for quantum simulations
