Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for industrial deployment
- Develop error mitigation strategies achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise clients
- Drive patent development in quantum computational techniques
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of delivering quantum prototypes
