Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with physics and AI teams
- Define quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Prototype quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Advise C-suite on quantum technology adoption roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 8+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and error mitigation
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
