Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning algorithms
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Establish quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum processor capabilities
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
