Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and publish top-tier research
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum circuit design and hardware-software integration
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE Quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
