Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction frameworks for scalable quantum processors
- Partner with industry leaders to prototype quantum applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Secure research grants and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-2026 digital infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with superconducting qubits
