Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems with 10^6+ variable complexity

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Commercialize breakthrough technologies through 10+ patents annually
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing architectures
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
