Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for near-term fault-tolerant systems
- Secure $2M+ in government grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published peer-reviewed research on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability theory
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud quantum services)
