Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years post-grad research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or error mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Proven track record of translating theoretical research into practical implementations
