Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct experimental research on quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop practical quantum applications

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to strategic roadmap development
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity theory
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
