Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in federal grants for quantum initiatives
- Train next-gen quantum engineers through mentorship programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with 2+ publications
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum annealing hardware (D-Wave/Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms
- Clearance eligibility for government contracts
- Track record of translating theory into commercial applications
