Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications.
- Lead research on qubit coherence enhancement and error correction methodologies.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors with >1000 stable qubits.
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics in finance and healthcare.
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at premier quantum computing conferences.
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA for quantum innovation projects.
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional quantum research initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience.
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development.
