Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, you will work alongside world-class researchers and engineers to design scalable, secure, and ethically aligned AI systems that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution.
- LLM Optimization: Lead efforts in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering strategies, and inference optimization to reduce latency and costs.
- System Design: Build robust MLOps pipelines and data infrastructure to support high-volume AI applications.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging AI paradigms, including Multimodal Learning and Edge AI, and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous data privacy standards and security protocols in all AI development processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML, or equivalent research experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI products from concept to deployment.
