Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware components at cryogenic temperatures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published record in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and assembly for low-level quantum control
- Experience securing government research grants and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
