Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum machine learning solutions
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure government and private funding for quantum research initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research in Nature/Science journals
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience securing SBIR grants or corporate R&D funding
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
