Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with published papers
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
