Responsibilities

- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature/Science publications
- Present findings at global quantum computing conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum Week)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and NISQ-era algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems (D-Wave, IBM Quantum)
- Track record of translating theoretical models into experimental implementations
