Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications in cryptography and AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and security specialists
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for legacy system integration
- Establish patent portfolios for proprietary quantum communication methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at international symposia and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and systems design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on quantum entanglement
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated success in securing DARPA or NSF quantum computing grants
- Certification in quantum cryptography from MIT or similar institution
- Fluency in at least one classical high-performance computing framework (CUDA, OpenCL)
- Experience with quantum error mitigation techniques in real-world deployments
