Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal benefits programs, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Provide exceptional remote customer support to federal employees regarding benefits inquiries and payroll questions.
- Process and verify weekly payroll data to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to optimize remote work operations and security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new federal contractors and employees.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for federal roles.
- Previous experience in federal government, benefits administration, or HR preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
