Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and R for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Ensure data integrity across federal systems while maintaining FISMA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support homeland security initiatives
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and reports
- Stay current on federal data regulations (e.g., CUI, PII handling)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, and federal data governance standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
