Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal network environments and server infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal stakeholders and employees.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to meet federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT role within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of network administration, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FISMA and NIST.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
