Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for remote state employees.
- Manage and maintain secure access to state databases and network resources from remote locations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across all remote workstations.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and compliance standards for remote work environments.
- Collaborate with federal and local partners to ensure seamless interoperability of state systems.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Proven experience working remotely and managing personal productivity without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and state-of-the-art collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued background check and security clearance.
