Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot federal government IT systems during weekend operations.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance for all weekend projects.
- Collaborate with state agencies to resolve technical issues affecting public services.
- Monitor system performance and generate weekly operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and outages.
- Provide technical support to internal staff during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this government position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working with remote work environments and virtual private networks (VPNs).
- Ability to work a Saturday and Sunday schedule on a rotating basis.
- Strong understanding of government data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
