Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS) and policy modeling software
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Michigan residency required at time of hire
