Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years government or public sector finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Tableau
- Illinois state residency required for benefits eligibility
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Illinois procurement codes
