Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the long-term technical roadmap for integrating 2026-era AI and quantum computing capabilities into existing enterprise infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI model inference.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interface APIs, Post-Quantum Cryptography) and mentor development teams in their implementation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-ready architectures adhere to the strictest security standards and quantum-resistant protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and quantum researchers to translate abstract 2026 concepts into functional software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and throughput to prepare for the exponential growth of AI-driven workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure or quantum computing environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology trends and apply them to solve current business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
