Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and robotics.
- Lead the development of reinforcement learning models to improve autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate sensors and actuators with advanced software control loops.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols for AI safety, ethics, and fail-safes.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our roadmap remains relevant for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics engineering.
- Proficient in Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in calculus, linear algebra, and stochastic processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
