Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation into core business processes.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive innovation.
- Develop and manage a multi-year budget for technology investments and R&D initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder in high-level decision-making regarding digital transformation.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to the C-suite.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSPO, PMP) is a plus.
