Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, transitions, and micro-interactions for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Create vector-based assets and icon sets using industry-standard tools.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative projects.
- Stay current with emerging trends in 2D design, animation, and interactive storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or interactive design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
