Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-fidelity 2D interactive experiences using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and SVG technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and creative directors to translate motion design concepts into performant, scalable code.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and animation loops to ensure 60fps performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Develop reusable 2D animation libraries and component frameworks to enhance team productivity.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement innovative solutions for visual effects.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animation.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and HTML5.
- Strong understanding of WebGL, Three.js, Pixi.js, or Canvas API.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Framer Motion.
- Excellent mathematical skills for understanding coordinate systems and vector math.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks.
