Responsibilities
- Manage state agency administrative operations, including records management and compliance protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures using state-approved systems
- Prepare official documentation, reports, and correspondence for executive review
- Oversee budget tracking and procurement processes for departmental needs
- Serve as primary liaison for public inquiries and legislative correspondence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency with Texas state ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Texas Administrative Code and public records laws
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
