Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level system architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation machine learning models capable of real-time adaptive learning.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee code reviews and implement best practices to optimize system latency and computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and quantum computing principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
