Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Pioneer research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-facing features.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices within the engineering department.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
