- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and determine their applicability for future product lines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), MLOps, and distributed systems.
