Responsibilities

- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance improvements in model inference speed and reduce computational costs using advanced optimization techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Define the 2026 technology roadmap, evaluating emerging tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-ready models.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Big Data: Proficiency with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
