Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2026 and beyond.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge generative AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
